REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS for A Novel Adventure

Cancellations for A Novel Adventure must be made by July 1, 2026, to receive a full refund.  Any cancellations made after that date will only receive a partial refund of $280. If a waitlist recipient can assume your student’s place, a full refund will be given. No refunds or credits will be given for student absences, nor student cancellations less than four weeks prior to the program start date.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to amy@oldfieldsociety.com. 

Oldfield Society reserves the right to cancel any class or workshop due to insufficient enrollment up to one week prior to the scheduled start date of the offering. When a course or workshop is canceled by Oldfield Society, a full refund will be issued.
